Questions for this assignment

1. Identify the ethical issue for Twitter’s management based only on the case.

2. Conduct research on Germany and the US on rules governing posting on Twitter. Make a recommendation to Twitter management as to whether they should use a global strategy or localized strategy when coming up with the rules. Ensure that you cite at least five sources from reputable journals/papers/websites to support your analysis.
