• If You're a MA Resident: By Using the MA Online Voter Registration System
  • There you can also see your various voting options (in person, by mail, etc.)
• If You're not a MA Resident (But Go to School Here): Pick either MA or Your Home State...and Register
  • As a university student, you have dual residency....but you can only vote in one state.

Will you or someone you know be an 'Absentee Voter'?

• Local
  • Request aid via your local election office
• Overseas (Service members, Their families, and Overseas citizens)
  • Register and request your absentee ballot with the Federal Post Card Application (FPCA)

• As always...it's not about what people in public office say, as much as what they do.
• Has your favorite candidate or sitting incumbent acted in a way that you are satisfied with the way they are (or say they will be) representing you?
  • See voting records on key issues at sites like:

      • Senate
      • House of Representatives
    • GovTrack's 'Roll call votes in Congress'
• Know what ID you need to bring in order to vote
  • Double-Check what form of I.D. (if any) your state requires
• Know Your Voting Rights
  • Your Rights!
• Know what to do if someone interferes with your right to vote while you are at the polls on election day
  • Call Election Protection (866-687-8683) immediately
• Know where you go to vote
  • Locate Your Polling Place
• Know when to vote - see all elections going on in your state, including your town of residence
  • There's far more going on than just the national elections, and some even argue that local elections are more important than national elections, because they can have a direct effect on your daily life much more quickly
