Finding Academic Articles

Scholarly articles, also called academic or research articles, are key to research in the biological sciences.  Use the resources below to locate academic articles. If you are stuck in trying to find scholarly articles, get in touch with a librarian using the contact information on the home page of this guide or the chat box in the lower right-hand corner of this page.

When searching for scholarly articles, you may be required to find primary research articles. This means articles that report on original research. Key Databases in the Biological Sciences
