Fall 2017, FSU faculty will convene a Family Diversity and Family Change teach-in (November 7 - December 6). The teach-in centers on a photography exhibition of SHOWING (work x family) in the Mazmanian Gallery. 

The inspiration for the exhibition SHOWING (work x family) began with portrayals of pregnant women at work, and it evolved into a wider exploration of family diversity and change: themes related to gender, immigration, economic stress, food, health care, schooling, "who is family?" are evoked by the exhibition.

The Pew Research Center is a nonpartisan United States fact tank that informs the public about the issues, attitudes and trends shaping America and the world. It conducts public opinion polling, demographic research, media content analysis, and other forms of empirical social science research.
