OPEN POLITICS

So is our politics broken? Without a doubt. Does technology have a role in fixing it? Yes. Because, in part, technology -- for example, broadcast media -- helped break it. So we can look to the Internet and open source (which allows users, rather than corporate owners, to modify software) as a way to help revitalize our democratic processes.
