Welcome and How to Get a Library Card

You can borrow ebooks, audiobooks, and magazines from Overdrive through the Minuteman Library Network! See the boxes below for instructions on how to borrow ebooks on a number of devices!

To borrow ebooks, audiobooks, or magazines, you need a library card from the Henry Whittemore Library. If you do not have a library card, visit or email the circulation desk at circulation@framingham.edu.

Borrowing Books in from your Desktop Browser

You can borrow ebooks, audiobooks, and magazines right from your browser from the overdrive site! All you need to do is log-in using your library card credentials on the Minuteman Overdrive Site.

App Option 1: Libby

Libby is an app for borrowing overdrive materials that can be used on Apple and Android devices and in your browser.

App Option 2: Overdrive App

The Overdrive app works on Apple, Android, and Kindle devices.

Which App Should I Choose?

Try downloading one and seeing if it works for you! If you have a Kindle, the Overdrive app is your best option.

If you use a screen reading or other accessibility software, the Overdrive app will work better.
