From the website: The Alerts series is a joint initiative sponsored by two divisions of the Council for Exceptional Children—the Division for Learning Disabilities (DLD) and the Division for Research (DR).
Each Current Practice Alert provides timely and informed judgments regarding professional practices in the field.

This is a "one-stop shop" for resources related to IDEA, the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, and its implementing regulations. IDEA is a law ensuring services to children with disabilities throughout the nation. IDEA governs how states and public agencies provide early intervention, special education and related services to more than 6.5 million eligible infants, toddlers, children and youth with disabilities.
